If you want a quick frontend serving static content and some dynamic through PHP, you can always get yourself a VPS, dedicated server or a virtual machine in some cloud of your choice.
I've tested CityCloud and also made a tutorial of how to get a server up and running within about 20minutes without any previous knowledge

Measure page load time with Google Analytics

The Google Analytics team have announced that they have added support for measuring page speed load times through Google Analytics by simple adding one line of code!

Facebook "Send Button"

Yesterday Facebook added a new functionality called "Send Button". This button allows you to directly share a link with
a facebook friend, but also allows you to e-mail it with a non-facebook user. Easy to implement and can also co-exist within the same
code as the <fb:like> tag simply by adding the attribute send="true"
